If you are fan of adding heat to your meals but not sure where to start, this is the mix for you! This mix includes our two spicy varieties of Mustard and Purple Radish. Both have a peppery finish with mustard providing the main punch and radish smoothing out the flavor in the end. 

Flavor Profile

This mix has an array of fresh flavor that includes a zesty heat and hints of horseradish. The mix includes tender, crisp leaves and vibrant purple and green color. 

Nutrient and Health Benefits

This mix includes all of the nutrients that are present in Radish and Mustard Microgreens. Vitamins A, B, C, E and K. Macro-elements include folic acid, potassium, calcium, zinc, iron, fiber, phosphorus and manganese. Trace elements include iron, zinc, copper and manganese.

Order Information

**Microgreens are harvested fresh on Friday mornings before pickup. Your estimated pickup date and time will be communicated to you through email. Pickup orders will be available at Cook Family Farms during normal business hours, the address is 3300 Frazer Road. Newark, DE 19702. If your order is placed after Wednesday, there is a good chance it will not be ready until the following Friday. Orders can be cancelled up until the day before (24 hours) the order is scheduled for pickup.**
